If there is no Daphne Point available in your area, just cut a small sample of your hair, put it in a plastic bag and send it to us along with the Form #62 that you can download from our Web site.

DETAILED PROCEDURES TO APPLY FOR A DAPHNE BIOTEST

You just need to perform 4 easy tasks:

1) cut a small sample of your hair (which contains DNA data about you), ensuring that it is washed using normal water (not chemically aggressive shampoos) and  not treated with products such as hair spray, lather or gel. Put your hair sample in an envelope or plastic bag.

 
 

 
2) fill in carefully Form #62 in every part.

3) make the payment on line .

4) send Form #62 along with your hair sample and the  payment receipt to address on contact page

Our technical staff will file your application and then will analyse your hair sample in a metasubstantiated solution using the DAPHNE BIOTEST methodology. After that, a customer-specific treatment will be printed out based on the Thema you chose and sent your by e-mail
